    For nearly three years, the Law Office of Kenneth Craig Dobson has been a general law practice focusing primarily on Immigration and Nationality Law.  It has been our privilege to serve clients around the world from our New York City office.  We will be closing our New York City office at the end of August and opening our new office on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina on September 1, 2008.  At our new office in South Carolina, we will practice U.S. Immigration & Nationality Law exclusively.

    Individuals with HIV Still Limited from Entering the U.S.

     The recent law calling for HIV to lose its designation as a communicable disease of public health significance has not yet been implemented by Health and Human Services.

    USCIS Revises Filing Instructions for Form I-751

     Earlier this week, USCIS announced that it had revised the filing instructions for Form I-751, the Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.
